Montreal Moment

Seeing as I'm not getting a video out this week and I thought I would do a small/related followup to last weeks video. BTW I'm not really into metal, but it's kind of infectious how much metal people love their music.

I went to HeavyMTL last year with my (far too distant and infrequently seen) funny fabulous friend Jeremy Flatt (Actual Metal fan) who mentioned this declaration. I was kind of amazed how it actually was a city council declaration and not some marketing department creation. Better yet it was streamed in all it's glory on the cities YouTube channel like all their meetings.

The city council produces a fairly reliable stream of funny moments, so I figure I might do a better job of collecting them and putting highlights like this out there.
